Wordless Wednesday: Chasing Spring

Chicago’s had an on-again-off-again relationship with spring this year. This week it’s been more than off since it snowed two days and the temperatures have generally been in the lower 40s. I decided to find myself a little spring and summer in the only place it stays all around. Also, this was one of the items on my bucket list.

At least there’s something blooming somewhere. I walked four miles in a conservancy near me today, and nothing is blooming yet… but I have hope. After all, the sun WAS out for part of the walk today!

if you are ANYWHERE near a sam moon store, its worth the drive! but you’re probably not… it was like 25$ with tax. and it can turn into a messenger bag! i recently saw a designer one that was like 800 somewhere online, i thought “wow i didn’t really know what a good deal it was when i bought it!”

i hope you’ve had a good weekend, this picture is so pretty! im going to an arboretum this next weekend and this just got me a little more excited for it :)
