Yay! A fellow West Coaster! I just moved to Portland a few weeks ago. I too like the fresh haircut look. I was giggling with delight as they were getting their curls lopped off. They love their new hair, but we do this shorning twice a year so it’s not so so drastic.
Thanks! I love their curls when they have them, but I also love how “grown up” my boys look. My poor little guy, I can’t stop kissing his cheeks now that they seem to be so extra round. 🙂
Oh Barbara and we all love you so much and miss you terribly! I have more awesome pics to send you from the haircut. Ethan was so funny, when Logan got done with his and Ethan saw him for the first time, Ethan looked confused. I asked Ethan if he recognized his big brother, he looked at me and said: “Logan looks different!” It was clear as day and the women at the shop were astounded that he spoke so well. 😀
Me, I like the just had a haircut look. But how do the boys feel about it, is the question? Good looking kids!

I love the curls, but the cuts look great! The boys look happy:) We did the same thing to our son last year. It much much easier to maintain.
